12 cups + 4 hour simmer = 3.5 cups

I haven't given up on life (or blogging), but work has consumed my days and many of my thoughts (at least) in the nights.  The depressing part is that this is status quo for this time of year.  

I managed to make some lamb stock last night out of the lamb bones from our anniversary dinner.  But I ordered Chinese takeout for dinner.  Probably should have made dinner and bought stock, but sometimes you do what you can...
